Provides consistent ongoing support
A monthly retainer is ideal for businesses that need consistent support. It ensures dedicated time is set aside for your business each month, allowing your Virtual Assistant to plan ahead and provide more proactive support as part of your regular workflow.
-
At the end of every month, you will receive a report detailing the hours your Virtual Assistant has worked.
This ensures full transparency and allows you to track the support you’ve received.
-
To ensure we can support you effectively, we begin every new client relationship with a structured onboarding process.
We ask clients to dedicate approximately three hours at the start of our work together so we can properly understand your business, systems and ways of working. While this may feel like an investment upfront, it allows us to work independently and efficiently moving forward.
Our goal is that once onboarding is complete, your Virtual Assistant can confidently support you with tasks such as managing your inbox, booking travel, organising your calendar, preparing documents, ordering supplies and handling day-to-day administration without needing constant input.
-
After your discovery call, Charlotte will review your requirements and match you with a Virtual Assistant.
Support can usually begin within a few days depending on availability.
